This year’s theme for World Mental Health Day is ‘Mental health in the Workplace.’ With 17.1 million sick days lost per year due to mental health-related issues, and with rates of burnout, anxiety and depression skyrocketing, it is only right that greater emphasis be placed on how we can support each other’s wellbeing at work.
