Jass is an award winning Singapore based certified leadership executive coach, team coach, facilitator, trainer & keynote speaker, who is known for her vibrant spirit and inspiring presence.
Jass is a highly driven and proven leader who creates a vision and business strategy for organizations to achieve business objectives. She has demonstrated experience in developing high performing teams, managing complex business and exceeding set targets. She has had a distinguished career with The World Bank, (United Nations), Scotts Holding Group and Kelly Services. Tapping into her sharp business acumen she provides her clients with solid, practical and implementable solutions to achieve results.
Jass has led Assessment and Development Centres for senior executive leadership programmes in organizations. With a passion for human behaviour and neuroscience she accelerates leadership development to create sustainable individual behavioural change.
As a Professional Coach, she works with high potential leaders, C-suite executives across various geographies and cultures. With experience in leading, as well as coaching key decision makers in various industries for over 20 years, this gives her the extra advantage to relate to their challenges. She currently serves as the Board of Director, Professional Coaches Board, International Coaching Federation and volunteer with the Singapore Government.
She is regularly invited to speak at conferences, Global Leaders Forum, HRM, World Coaching Conference, and has been featured in media: HRM Magazine, Human Resources and on the 938Live Radio.
