BIO

Isabel is an accomplished consultant and coach. She has over 20 years of experience of which over 10 years have been in broad based management consultancy supporting Fortune 500 industries (primarily Information Technology, Finance & Banking) in India and across the Asia Pacific. Through the course of her career, she has held various leadership positions, managing the complexities of business operations and people management.

Isabel is the first Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) in India. She is well versed in facilitating the design, processes and delivery of a range of Wellbeing solutions, such as Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Executive Coaching, Retrenchment Counselling and Crisis Management. As a facilitator, Isabel has designed and facilitated seminars and workshops for management, HR and general employees on numerous business skills such as influencing, accountability, self-leadership, leading change, emotional intelligence, etc. She has an eye for detail and works closely with organizational stakeholders to understand and customize solutions to meet organizational and participant needs. Direct, genuine and honest – Isabel’s coaching and workshops are practical and grounded in transformational change.

Isabel is also an experienced counsellor. She has supported individuals and couples in their professional and personal wellbeing journey as an EAP consultant, as well as through her private practice. She counsels and coaches on work-related concerns such as career progression skills, job stress, performance improvement, work conflict with peers and managing upwards, work transitions like retrenchment.
